All ready-to-ship items are delivered within 1–2 weeks. For custom orders, please allow 3–4 weeks as we carefully craft your piece to perfection. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way!

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. You'll receive a Dala gift card equal to the full purchase price (minus any engraving fees). The gift card never expires and can be used toward any design on our site.

RETURNS

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. In line with our commitment to sustainability, returned lab-grown diamond pieces are responsibly unset and the metal is recycled. A $300 recycling fee applies to engagement ring returns, and a $50 fee applies to wedding bands and made-to-order fine jewelry. This fee is waived if you choose to receive a Dala gift card instead of a refund.

CONDITION

All returned or exchanged items must be in original, unworn condition with all packaging and documentation included.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. We’ll send you a confirmation email as soon as the refund is issued.

While Dala does not offer in-house jewelry insurance, we highly recommend insuring your fine jewelry to protect against loss, theft, damage, or mysterious disappearance.
